About Me

ALESSANDRO TREBESCHI, born in 1980, graduated in Mantua Conservatory in 2000 under the guide of Professor Giacomo Bellini. Meanwhile he continues his studies in the Universities, graduating at the age of 23 in Political Economics (Univ.of Brescia) and at the age of 25 in International Integrated Economics (Univ. of Pavia, spec. in South-American Politics and microcredit studies).

He has been pupil of Rinaldo Rossi, Cristiano Burato and Piernarciso Masi, and he followed specialization courses with Michel Beroff, Aldo Ciccolini, Paolo Bordoni, and Klaus Hellwig in a special masterclass held in Krefeld on invitation of Kawai Europe.

As a soloist he won prizes in the competitions of Magliano Sabina, “C.Togni” in Gussago, “Città di Pesaro”, “L.Perosi” in Tortona, “Città di Massa”, “Rovere d’oro” in S.Bartolomeo and others in Italy and abroad. In 2009 he earned a honour medal at “M.Canals” competition and a 4th prize at the “2nd Concours Europeen de Piano” held in Le Havre (France) where he played with Warsaw Symphonic Orchestra. He has been semifinalist at the “Iturbi Competition” in Valencia (2010).

During 2010-2011 he already played in several countries: Poland (European Representative Palace in Cracovia), Moldavia (Organ Hall in Kishinev), Macedonia (Bitola Festival), Germany (Kawai Hall in Krefeld) and as Kawai pianist will perform concerts in Austria (Eisenstadt), France (Ouistreham, Paris), Germany (Dusseldorf), Moldavia.

His activity as a teacher has been spent in several private academies in the provinces of Brescia and Mantua, as a piano, harmony, theory, music’s history, and chamber music teacher. Actually he is the artistic director of “A. Vivaldi Association and Academy”. As piano accompanist he collaborated with the “Maggio Musicale Fiorentino” theater in Florence and “Comunale” theatre in Bologna for the preparation of the operas, taking care of the singers and playing under the direction of Zubin Mehta, Enrico Maria Sardelli, Michele Mariotti, and others during the rehearsal of many operas by Puccini, Verdi, Donizetti, and collaborating actively to the preparation of the first world execution of “Snow white” (contemporary opera by L.Zaninelli, U.S.A.) and of the first world execution in modern times of “Atenaide” by A. Vivaldi.
